regions of Russia: Irkutsk Region and Yakutia

the total area of over 600 km2.
- Explored reserves of the company amount to 265.5 t (8.5
Moz) of Au, prognostic resources - 205.2 t (6.6 Moz) of Au.
- In 2009 facilities of the GV Gold produced 3 450 kg of
Au.
- In 2009 the IFRS revenue from sales of gold amounted to RUR
3 350 million; the net profit - RUR 1 151 million.
- The Company plans to increase the production of gold up to
15 t p.a. (500 koz) by 2016.
HISTORY
GV Gold (Vysochaishy, OJSC) was established on
February 3, 1998 (Protocol №1 dated 03.02.1998 of the General
Meeting of Incorporators (Shareholders) signed by the JSCB
"Lanta-Bank" (CJSC) and the OJSC "Lenzoloto") with the aim of
development of the Golets Vysochaishy gold deposit located in the
Bodaibo Area of the Irkutsk Region.

- Assembling of the deep digging
dredge (up to 30 m) with the bucket capacity of 400 liters
(B.Kuranakh deposit, Yakutia (Sakha) Republic)
- Acquisition of the licenses and
